Guillermo Mendoza is a certified International Executive Coach by the ICC and is a member of the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development), Houston chapter.
He worked for ten years for Microsoft, developing a successful career as General Manager for the Caribbean and Central America region including opening subsidiaries in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Panama. He then worked as independent consultant for many companies including Microsoft Mexico, the BSA Business Software Alliance, Crestron, Multimedia, and Visionaria Business Development.
As CEO for SeguriData, the leader software company in electronic signature, he helped achieve the National Technology Award in 2005 given by the Mexican Government. He later joined Grupo Multimedia, a leader in Audio/Video in Mexico as General Manager working with business units for home automation, consumer electronics, corporate and residential A/V Integration and electronics wholesales.

Dr. Karyn Trader-Leigh has provided Talent Development, Change Management, and Organization Development, consulting for more than 25 years. She is the co-owner of KTA Global Partners a Human Capital Consulting and Capacity Building firm based in metropolitan Washington, D. C. USA. Karyn is certified as a coach and international trainer by the ICC-International Coaching Community. She focuses on executive and leadership coaching, the design of coaching systems to support development of emerging leaders, and coaching practices as a leadership style enhancing business results and high performing organizations. She is passionate about the development of human capacity and leveraging cultural and social intelligence across human interactions.

She has also served as Program Director and Researcher for the Joint Center for Political & Economic Studies and Associate Professor Hampton University School of Business.
As a certified coach she is committed to supporting accountability for achieving personal and professional goals, capitalizing on strengths, and mindfulness of behaviors and mindsets that limit one’s contribution to the collective or impede full realization of human potential. She provides pro bono coaching to Women Veterans (Officer and Enlisted) transitioning from the US ARMY.

Alejandro was certified as an international coach in 2006 by Andrea Lages and Joseph O’Connor and is now one of the global directors of the International Coaching Community, along with Andrea Lages, Joseph O’Connor, and Alexandra Lemos. Sonia has a Degree in psychology and a Master in industrial psychology. She has worked in human resources management for over twenty years, and is a trainer to Capacity Building Management, Leadership, Coaching, Customer Service, and Team Development, among others. She is the founder and president of the Dominican Coaching Society.
